1. Semester Commencement: Sharing of subjects, syllabus & course plan with students and commencement of classes
2. Group Discussions: Students are now put in groups based on the subject specialisation or job description selection, such as Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources
3. Understanding and Mapping: The students are assessed to find out common areas of interest within the groups and will be trained accordingly
4. Training for Industry Skills: The students are trained based on the specifics such as Personality development, language skills, aptitude, decision making, critical thinking interpersonal skills and many more

(End of Semester or Term 2)

OUTCOME: The students will get better clarity on the future job profiles and will be more confident about the job prospects.

2. Specialisations: The students are segregated according to their chosen specialisations, and will be subjected to intensive training on the core specialisations
3. Certification Courses: The students will be given training on industry-ready skills and certifications
4. Hands-on Experience: The students will be working on the live projects that are in sync with the industry
5. Internships: The students will take up mandatory internships from the industry for 8 weeks
6. Reports and Submissions: Submission of Internship and Project Report

OUTCOME: Students are prepared with employable skills as per the industry requirements.

2. Activity-based learning: Emphasis is given for industry integration and activity-based learning for the students
3. Pre-Placement Training: The students will be participating in the pre-placement training activities like Group Discussions, Quantitative Aptitude, Resume writing, Personal Interviews, Mock Interview sessions, attending Industry orientation sessions from placement partners regularly
4. Placement: The students will start participating in placement drives and campus Interviews organised by the best PGDM college for placement in Bangalore
5. Placement Completion: The Placement session completes after all the students are placed
